The company Bontani s.r.o. IČO: 29246491, registered at the Regional Court in Brno, section C, insert 68181/KSBR, on 25 May 2018, i.e. the date of entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and also on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) GDPR, has the necessary security to support the fulfillment of the requirements imposed by the Regulation on administrators and processors of personal data. The General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereafter referred to as the General Regulation or GDPR) represents the updated legal framework for the protection of personal data in the European area, which, as of May 25, 2018, directly establishes the rules for the processing of personal data, including the rights of the data subject (natural person). In the Czech legal environment, as of May 25, 2018, the general regulation is replaced by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data.
