Orders are accepted from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
How many days will it take for the product to be delivered to me?
Delivery of goods is 5 – 8 working days. You can find the estimated delivery time on the page of each product.
Can the billing address be different from the delivery address?
Yes, the delivery address is important, the goods will be delivered there.
Is it possible to claim or return products?
The return of a received order is possible within 14 days of receipt at the latest. Always include the number of items you are returning and information about the reason for the return.
